Speeding May Have Caused Motorcycle Accident
A family is praying that the 38-year-old man injured in a motorcycle accident last week survives.
According to local news sources, the man was riding on a quiet roadway when he drifted across the center line, hit the shoulder, and then struck an embankment. He was thrown off the bike and sustained critical injuries. Officers have yet to rule out other causes, but at this time they know that the man was traveling at 45 mph into a curve that had posted signs of 20 mph.
He is being treated for his injuries at a local medical facility.
