Teacher Stands Accused of Sexual Abuse

This week, new sources report that a Silverado high school teacher is awaiting trial and stands accused of sexually abusing one of his students. San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department officials released the news on Tuesday.

33-year-old Floran Sulit, a math teacher at the high school which is located near Palmdale Road in Victorville pled not guilty this past Friday to three counts of oral computation of a minor under the age of 18 and one count of sending harmful material with the intent of seducing a minor state, stated court documents.

On August 11th, Sulit was placed under arrest at his home by the Crimes Against Children Detail in California.  Police arrested Sulit after receiving reports from school authorities that he was engaged in inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old student. Reports indicate that it was an ongoing relationship which may have began sometime in February of this year.  Sulit was accused of sending the girl material through her cell phone and has been a teacher at the high school for six years.

Currently, he is being held at West Valley detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bail.
