Nurse Files Slip and Fall Lawsuit

A nurse at Good Shepherd Medical Center - Marshall in eastern Texas is suing Aramark Company for her slip and fall accident. Brenda Lagrone and Cecile Lagrone are filing a suit stating that the defendants were negligent in cleaning up water that was on a walkway, causing the nurse to slip and fracture her leg on July 20, 2010.

They are asking for $750,000 in damages, interest, and court costs from Aramark. The Lagrones are represented by attorney David Robertson of Longview who has requested a jury trial. U.S. District Judge John T. Ward will oversee their case.
