Car Accident Happens Right Before Wedding
Tragedy struck two women and one girl on their way to a wedding in North Carolina.
As a result of one car crossing the center line, hitting the other car head-on, 6-year-old Ava Kendall lost her life. She was being driven by two of the bridesmaids, who were both sent to the hospital after the accident. The driver of the second vehicle, Mupin Wu Cummings, 39, was still in serious condition two days after the car accident. While no charges have been filed yet, Highway Patrol Trooper David Swanson told the press that the department is considering filing charges at a later date.
The wedding was in honor of Ava'a babysitter who, upon hearing the news, ran to the scene of the accident. Devastated by the loss, she collapsed.
