Paraplegic Motorcycle Accident Victim Wants to Skydive Solo
After a motorcycle accident took both of his legs, one man has decided to fight the odds and attempt to skydive without assistance.
The young man lost his legs in 2005 during a terrible accident, but that hasn't stopped him from living life to the fullest. His dream has been to skydive alone and he has been training every week to make it a reality.
Always known as a daredevil to his family, he has been working with specialists at an amusement center and spends hours preparing for his big dive. He uses the wind tunnel at the center to simulate skydiving alone and hopes that one day he will be able to manage his body in such a way as to take a solo flight.
Many say he is fighting against the odds, including his physical therapists and doctors who believe that it would be a terrible risk. However, after the motorcycle accident made him a paraplegic, he said he knew that he wanted to become one of the few paraplegics in the world to skydive solo.
