School Bus Accident Takes at Least 4 Lives

An accident involving a school bus took the lives of four people last Tuesday in Brunswick County.

At this time the identities of the victims have not been released to the media. However, Sheriff John Ingram of the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office told the media recently that the accident was a head-on collision. The bus driver was taken to a local hospital with just minor injuries.

Members of the North Carolina Highway Patrol are still investigating the accident.
