Murderer Faces Wrongful Death Suit Filed by Her Own Husband
After learning about the tragedy caused by his own wife, Col. Parker Schenecker has decided to file a wrongful death lawsuit against her.
The case of Schenecker vs. Schenecker is making big news this month, following the story of Julie Schenecker who shot and killed her own two children, 16-year-old Calyx and 13-year-old Beau. The reason? She told police that the kids were being too "mouthy". She is now counter-suing her husband for half of their marital estate which is estimated to be nearly $2 million.
Not only does she want him to split their assets, she is also asking for $50,000 for legal fees, her diamond engagement ring, and requests that Parker take out a new life insurance policy naming her as the beneficiary.
Parker, who has remained fairly mum about the whole incident, is not taking these requests seriously as he is still mourning the death of his two beloved children.
