Community Mourns Loss of Young Teacher
A young teacher lost her life just two days before her 28th birthday. Now, her family and students are mourning her death which resulted from a tragic
car accident.
According to police in the state of North Carolina, the 27-year-old was driving along an interstate on her way to work when the accident happened. Reports indicate that a truck in front of her accidentally released a leaf spring, which broke through her front windshield. The impact of the spring was enough to incapacitate the young woman whose foot remained on the accelerator the whole time.
As a result of the freak accident, the woman ran off the road and into several trees. She was pronounced dead at the scene when emergency crews arrived.
