Dog Attacks for the Second Time

The same dog that bit and injured a young girl two years ago struck again, seriously injuring another little girl last month.

The 7-year-old victim, a relative to the dog's owner, was at the home for a party when she came near the animal while it was eating. Before anyone could stop it, the dog lunged and bit the left side of the girl's face. The injuries were severe enough to require stitches to her chin, lip and eye. After speaking with the police about the accident, the owners of the German Shepherd decided to put the animal down. However, they were not happy about the decision and are refusing to comment on the dog bite accident.

Back in 2009, the dog bit another young child, a 5-year-old girl, who sustained several injuries to the right side of her face and shoulder. This latest incident was the last straw.
