Motorcycle Accident Case Still Being Examined

Police are still investing a motorcycle accident that took the life of a woman in Manhattan Beach, California. Initial reports show that the woman was struck by another vehicle in a busy intersection.

The 52-year-old victim was riding her motorcycle through an intersection when a 17-year-old driver attempted to turn at the same time. She was unable to swerve out of the way and was struck full-force by the driver. Even though she was wearing a helmet, the woman did not survive from her injuries. Two of the passengers in the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were treated at a local hospital.
