Police Complete Drunk Driving Accident Investigation

Police have completed their investigation of a drunk driving accident that involved a state representative. The man who caused the accident was found to have had a blood-alcohol limit that was three times the legal limit.

The accident happened in North Carolina last month. The 54-year-old victim was driving on a local roadway when his vehicle drifted over the center line. He struck the vehicle carrying the state representative, causing minor injuries. The impaired driver, however, caused himself fatal injuries.
