Woman Awarded 10 Million for Husband’s Wrongful Death
Posted By Lanier Law Group
According to the Birmingham News, Alabama resident Erica Dupree sued two different contractors (Montgomery Engineering Firm and the Russell County Water Authority.) She claims that the companies failed to provide a safe work environment for her husband, which ultimately led to his fatal fall. He died painting a Hurtsboro water tank.

It took the Russell County jury only 90 minutes to deliberate before recommending the $10 million dollar award.

Nothing is more devastating than losing a loved one due to the negligence of another. If your loved one was recently killed due to the negligent, reckless, or wrongful actions of another in the North Carolina area, you should consider contacting a North Carolina personal injury lawyer at Lanier Law Group about your legal rights and options.
