Contingency Fee

Lisa Lanier discusses how the firm works on a contingency fee basis.

We handle cases on a contingency fee basis, which means you do not receive a monthly bill for our services. In traditional hourly billing, you would receive a bill each month, and you would have 30 days to pay the bill. In contingency fee billing, you don’t owe anything, until and unless you recover.
