The accident took place around 2:00 a.m. and the Sheriff’s Office that received the call reached out to other departments to help stop the woman’s vehicle near Pennsylvania Avenue. Police were able to locate the woman at 2:17 a.m. and forced her to stop driving. She was then arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, two counts of recklessly endangering safety, as well as hit-and-run.
