Bio
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Jeanna Cooper graduated magna cum laude from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, and summa cum laude from UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelors in Political Science. While in law school, Jeanna was inducted into the revered “Order of the Barristers,” an organization that selects members based on outstanding oral advocacy and brief writing skills.
Before joining Lanier Law Group in early 2025, Jeanna practiced primarily family law in Greensboro and the surrounding counties. Now with Lanier Law Group, Jeanna primarily handles serious sexual abuse and assault cases. Jeanna is active in the Greensboro Bar Association and enjoys staying connected with other local attorneys.
Jeanna is a proud cat mom of two orange cats (Gideon & Beckham) and enjoys group fitness, playing golf, and traveling.
