Police Kept Busy Cleaning up Auto Accident

When Results Matter Most, Hire a Heavyweight

Healdsburg police officers were kept busy last Friday clearing up a two-car accident.

According to Sgt. Matt Jenkins, an Audi crashed into the rear of a Chevy Impala on Healdsburg Avenue just north of Dry Creek Road. The Audi was carrying one passenger while the Impala had three, some of which were complaining of pain. However, nobody accepted ambulance assistance, telling officers that they would visit their own doctors.

Police reports show that the female driver of the Audi "misjudged the distance," causing the minor car accident. Luckily, both vehicles sustained minor damage as well. The Healdsburg Fire Department and Bell's Ambulance were on scene to assist officers during the investigation.
