Dispatcher Blamed for Lethal Bus Accident in North Carolina

News sources say that a dispatcher from North Carolina is being blamed for the deaths of four passengers. Based on his actions while working, he now faces four counts of involuntary manslaughter. Federal authorities brought their case against Z.J.C., 40, before a judge in Virginia this week. They state that the defendant ordered a bus driver to keep driving even after the driver told him that he was too tired to continue. As a result, the driver swerved off the road and the bus flipped over.

Four people lost their lives during the accident: K.B.D., 46; S.G.G., 63; J.F., 78 and D.E.M., 25. Additionally, a total of 54 other people were injured.
